Volunteer Grant Programs

Also known as “Dollars for Doers” programs, these are corporate giving programs created to encourage volunteerism in communities where employees live and work.  Participating companies convert your volunteer hours to actual dollars earned for a qualified non-profit organization, such as Friends of Thorp.  If you volunteer at Thorp in any capacity, please contact your HR department to find out if your company participates in a "Dollars for Doers" volunteer grant program and designate Friends of Thorp as your non-profit organization.
